Prevention rather than cure is the basis of our service ethic. We don’t cut corners when it comes to ensuring our customer’s equipment is maintained as laid down by the manufacturers. We try our utmost to get to breakdowns as quickly as possible, we understand the inconvenience to the customer when “that photocopier” stops working, therefore for the most part we aim to provide an a.m/p.m service. Unfortunately sometimes the dreaded motorways or heavy traffic play a part over which we have no control, we do however make it a policy to notify our customers of any unreasonable delays, but be assured our Technicians try their very best to get there within acceptable timescales.
